Community Guidelines for Nomadtable Inc.

Our mission is to create a platform that fosters meaningful connections among solo travelers while ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all. By participating in our community, you agree to adhere to these guidelines.1. General Conduct
Respectful Communication: Treat all members with kindness and respect. Harassment, bullying, intimidation, and threats are strictly prohibited.
No Hate Speech: We do not tolerate hate speech or dehumanizing content based on race, gender, orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic. This includes derogatory language or actions that create a hostile environment.
Authenticity: Be genuine and authentic. Creating fake profiles, impersonating others, or using deceptive personas is not allowed.
Appropriate Content: Do not share explicit, vulgar, or sexually provocative content. Sharing unsolicited explicit images or messages is strictly forbidden.2. Safety and Privacy
Personal Information: Protect your privacy. Do not share or request personal information such as phone numbers, addresses, or email addresses publicly.
Public Safety: Avoid posting detailed travel plans or arrival times publicly for safety reasons.
In-Person Meetups: Always exercise caution when meeting others. Meet in public spaces, inform friends or family of your plans, and trust your instincts.
Responsible Participation: You are responsible for your safety during events and interactions. Nomadtable Inc. is not liable for any incidents occurring during meetups.3. Creating and Participating in Plans
Plan Creation: Users can create plans for casual activities like meals, exploring, or other social events. Creators must provide accurate and timely details for the activity (e.g., time, location, participant limits).
Joining Plans: You may join open plans created by other users. Review the plan details carefully before participating.
Cancellations: Plan creators and participants should notify others promptly if they need to cancel. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in account suspension.
Financial Responsibility: Participants are responsible for managing and splitting their own bills during plans. Nomadtable Inc. does not facilitate payment arrangements.4. Prohibited Activities
Violence and Misconduct: Acts of violence, threats, stalking, or any form of physical or sexual misconduct are strictly prohibited.
Illegal Content and Activities: Engaging in illegal activities, including the sale or distribution of drugs, is forbidden.
Fraud and Scams: Deceptive or fraudulent activities are not allowed.
Spam and Unsolicited Content: Do not post bulk messages, misleading links, or disruptive content.
Harmful Content: Sharing content that promotes self-harm, violence, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.5. AI-Suggested Plans and Recommendations
AI Suggestions Disclaimer: Plans or venues suggested by our AI are generated based on available data but may not always be accurate, feasible, or appropriate. Users should verify details independently before acting on AI suggestions.
User Responsibility: While AI suggestions aim to enhance user experience, Nomadtable Inc. is not liable for inaccuracies or issues arising from reliance on these suggestions.6. Reporting Violations
How to Report: If you encounter behavior that violates our guidelines or makes you feel unsafe, report it through the app. Reports are confidential and taken seriously.
Moderation: A combination of automated tools and human moderators oversees reports and enforces guidelines.
Enforcement: Violations may result in content removal, warnings, account suspension, or permanent bans. Severe violations may be escalated to law enforcement.7. User Responsibility and Accountability
One Account Per User: Each user is allowed only one account. Sharing accounts or creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
Inactive Accounts: Accounts inactive for two years may be deleted.
Respect Privacy: Do not post or share content involving other users without their consent.8. Age Requirement
Nomadtable Inc. is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Misrepresenting your age is a violation of our guidelines and may lead to account suspension or termination.9. Commitment to Safety
Nomadtable Inc. is committed to creating a positive and safe space for all members. We continuously evaluate and improve our safety measures to uphold these standards.10. Blocking Users
Blocking Functionality: Nomadtable allows users to block other members to enhance their safety and comfort.
How to Block: If you feel uncomfortable or encounter inappropriate behavior, you can block a user directly from their profile or conversation. Once blocked, the user will no longer be able to contact you or view your profile.
Reporting Behavior: Blocking a user does not automatically report their behavior. If the user violates our guidelines, please report them through the app for further review.
Abuse of Blocking Feature: Misuse of the blocking feature to harass or inconvenience others (e.g., repeatedly blocking and unblocking the same person) is a violation of these guidelines and may result in account suspension or termination.
